Serving older adults has been the OPRS mission and ministry since 1922. Our more than 2200 employees are committed to providing caring and quality services to those we serve.

The level of concern we have for the well-being of our residents and clients is also found in our concern for all OPRS employees. The benefits summarized in this pamphlet have been designed specifically for OPRS employees as part of the total compensation program to enable them to care for themselves and their family's needs.
